The Cookie Factory
The Cookie Factory is a massive multimillion dollar mixed use building in the Santa Fe neighborhood of Denver. Upstairs features a high-end private residence with the lower level dedicated to a gallery and artist studio spaces. I have been the lead fabricator/ installer since March 2022 and most of the work shown was fabricated while I was in charge. Most features in the private residence utilize a blackened patina and 2k spray finish. (Jodie Roth Cooper's work clads the fireplace)
